  1. Hello Emily, i have a question! I follow you on instagram and i've been doing the workouts you post on instagram. My question is about the rounds. For example 6 rounds: do you do first 20 x figure 8's and than 10 plank opposite arm/leg rauwe, 30 rusian twist etc and than begin again at the 20x figure 8's and the Same thing 6 times? Or do you do 120 figure 8's, 60 plank opposite arm/leg raise etc ? I hope you can help me! (Sorry for the bad english! I am netherlands) xx
